Who processes your data
Promiris is the controller of the personal data collected through the Nuance website. This policy applies to browsing this website and to requests submitted through its forms.
For privacy matters or to exercise your rights, contact Promiris Portugal: info@promiris.com · +351 220 958 629 · Rua Bernardo Lima 35, 5.º B, 1150-075 Lisboa.
Data collected and purposes
Information requests. We collect the name and email address entered in the form, the selected apartment option and a record of the authorisation given. If provided, we also process your telephone number and message. We use this data to respond, answer questions about Nuance and follow up on your request.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the form. The remaining fields are optional. Please avoid including identification documents, health data, financial information or any other data that is unnecessary for your request.
Operation and security. Hosting and technical services may record access data, such as IP address, date and time, browser and requested pages, to provide the website, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.
Legal bases for processing
Processing associated with the form is based on the consent expressed through the authorisation checkbox. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting Promiris; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Where your request involves specific steps towards a potential purchase, processing necessary for those steps may be based on pre-contractual measures requested by you. Website security and continuity rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users, while respecting their rights. Legal obligations provide a separate basis where applicable.
Submitting an information request does not constitute a newsletter subscription or general authorisation for marketing campaigns. Any additional use requiring consent will be presented separately.
Data access and service providers
Requests are recorded on the website and forwarded by email for follow-up by authorised persons. Hosting, maintenance and email providers may process the data necessary to deliver these services on behalf of Promiris, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Data may also be disclosed to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority. If a service involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, those transfers must comply with the conditions laid down in the GDPR, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, as applicable. You may request information about applicable safeguards using the contact details above.
How long data is retained
Data is retained for the period necessary to respond to and follow up on your request. The period depends on the duration of contact, any steps relating to a potential purchase and applicable legal obligations. No single retention period is set for all situations.
Once the purpose has ended, data should be erased or anonymised, unless retention is required by law or necessary to exercise or defend rights. Technical logs and backups follow the retention cycles applicable to their respective services. You may request information about the period or criteria used in your case.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down in the GDPR, you may request access to your data and a copy, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request erasure or restrict processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract, you may receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request its transmission to another controller where technically feasible. You may also withdraw consent and object to direct marketing.
Send your request to info@promiris.com, specifying the right you wish to exercise. Information strictly necessary to confirm your identity may be requested. A response is generally due within one month; for complex requests or a high number of requests, the law allows an extension of up to two months, with notification to the data subject within the first month.
Rights may be exercised by a legal representative where applicable. If you believe your data is not being processed appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority, without prejudice to other remedies.
Cookies and browsing preferences
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Strictly necessary cookies support technical functions, security or authentication of authorised users. They may last only for the session or remain for the period necessary for their function.
With prior consent, this website uses Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure campaign results and personalise advertising. Google measurement cookies with the _gcl_ prefix last for 90 days. Meta Pixel cookies, such as _fbp and _fbc, may remain in the browser for around three months. See Meta’s cookie policy. Google and Meta may receive technical data, such as IP address, visited page and advertising identifiers. The measurement code does not transmit form fields such as name, email address or telephone number. See Google’s information on cookies and the list of advertising product cookies.
Optional cookies are only activated after you select “Accept optional cookies”. You may refuse them or withdraw consent using the “Cookie preferences” button without losing access to the website or form. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. Where consent has been given and the form is successfully submitted, a random identifier containing no contact details allows the request to be counted only once; this identifier expires after 30 minutes or is deleted after measurement. Continuing to browse does not replace consent.
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some functions from working; refusing optional cookies should not prevent access to the main content.
Website terms of use
