Quadra comprises 119 apartments — T1 to T3 — designed by Fragmentos with a focus on modern architecture that integrates naturally into its urban surroundings. The development includes a commercial ground floor and targets the highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental performance. Units range from compact one-bedroom layouts to generous three-bedroom family apartments.
Quadra uses BREEAM standards as a reference for its sustainability approach, with construction underway since early 2025 and delivery planned for 2027. The project is tracked weekly by our local Porto team.
