In Braine-l'Alleud, everyday life remains close at hand. The railway station is within walking distance, while shops, restaurants and the services of the town centre are nearby. Pont Courbe brings these connections together in one strategic location.
Pont Courbe will comprise 120 apartments supported by more than 1,000 sqm of service areas. A restaurant, bar, lounges, relaxation and wellness spaces, an indoor swimming pool and outdoor areas for relaxation and health walks create a residence designed around the rhythms of daily life.
Soft mobility is built into the project through shared electric cars, bicycle parking for staff and residents, and integration with public transport. Parking will also be provided for local residents. Designed by Bureau d’architecture DDV with careful attention to its surroundings, Pont Courbe has obtained an enforceable urban planning permit.
