Together with its partner Eiffage, Promiris has been working since 2018 on the redevelopment of Ohr!zons on the Left Side Business Park in Charleroi. The project is a redevelopment of an existing industrial site into offices.
The site is located within walking distance of the railway station, adjacent to the city centre and is linked to the new nautical berth that the city plans to build along the Sambre.
A permit has been obtained for the construction of a 22-storey tower. Work began in 2022, with delivery scheduled for 2025.
