Each project is carefully studied, especially with regard to its geographical location. For example, all our developments are located in the direct vicinity of important transport hubs such as multi-modal stations. We also carefully consider all possible construction methods to reduce our impact on the environment.

We select sustainable materials and always favor low-carbon techniques such as solar and geothermal energy. Finally, we promote the circular economy by opting as much as possible for the re-use of existing materials and by using means of transport that offer the best energy ratio.

On the social and societal level, our ambition is based on an approach that favors diversity and mix. For example, we are committed to providing affordable housing for young people, as well as projects that focus on the needs of our elderly. In addition, we encourage a participatory approach to achieve better quality projects, thanks to the support and collaboration of local residents. Recently, we have been able to contribute to more interaction and synergies by sharing our know-how with local partners. These collaborations are very fruitful and allow us to improve the quality of our buildings, while reducing the carbon impact of our interventions.
