Contemporary residential project in Lisbon's Alvalade neighbourhood, blending Portuguese character with modern standards.
Alvalade is one of Lisbon's most coherent and liveable neighbourhoods: central, well connected and known for the everyday life of its markets, cafés, schools, shops and tree-lined avenues. Built around a clear urban plan, it offers a quieter alternative to the city's more touristic districts without losing access to transport, services or culture. For families and professionals who want to live in Lisbon over the long term, Alvalade remains one of the city’s most practical addresses.
Nuance is composed of two residential buildings united by a shared garden. Designed by Saraiva & Associados, the architecture is contemporary while remaining rooted in Portuguese residential traditions, with azulejo façades, stone elements from the Lisbon region, and interiors shaped by wood, tile and natural stone. The project includes 28 flats, from studios to three-bedroom duplexes, with bright communal areas and private layouts designed for comfort and long-term use.
Nuance is developed with BREEAM standards as a target, with energy performance, indoor air quality, and material specification considered from the ground up.
