Mira Douro

Mira Douro is located in Antas, on one of Porto's higher residential points, where the city opens towards the Douro River valley. The view is not a decorative extra here: it is part of the way the site works, connecting everyday residential life with one of Porto's defining landscapes. From this position, residents benefit from a quieter residential setting while remaining connected to the city below.

The project comprises 54 luxury flats within a private condominium of approximately 8,000 sqm. Designed by Carlos Castanheira Architects, Mira Douro uses the orientation and height of the site to frame panoramic views of Porto and the Douro River, while delivering the comfort, material quality and spatial generosity expected from a high-end residential development.

Delivered in February 2023, with provisional acceptance carried out in January 2023, Mira Douro was developed with BREEAM standards in mind. The project reflects Promiris’ Porto approach: strong sites, careful architecture, and homes designed to improve everyday quality of life over time.
