Madrid Student Residence

The Madrid project is located in San Blas, a well-connected eastern district of the capital, close to Suanzes metro station on Line 5. This position gives students direct access to Madrid's main university hubs and activity centres while keeping them connected to everyday neighbourhood life. For a student residence, that balance matters: reliable transport, urban services, and a setting that supports study without cutting residents off from the city.

The residence will provide approximately 400 rooms, designed as a functional, secure and stimulating living environment for students in the Spanish capital. Fully equipped individual rooms will combine modern comfort, contemporary design and integrated services, while shared areas will support study, collaboration and the day-to-day rhythm of academic life.

The Madrid residence is being developed with BREEAM standards as a target, with delivery scheduled for 2028. The project reflects Promiris’ student housing approach in Spain: strong transport logic, durable specifications, and rooms designed around the real needs of academic-year living.
