Delta Campus

Auderghem is one of Brussels' quieter communes — residential in character, well connected to the city centre by metro, and home to the satellite campus of the Université Libre de Bruxelles at the Delta metro station. The Delta campus draws students from across Brussels and beyond, in a corner of the city that combines suburban calm with direct access to the capital's infrastructure. Students based here have the ULB campus at their doorstep and the rest of Brussels within easy reach.

Delta Campus is a 102-unit purpose-built student residence positioned directly opposite the ULB Auderghem campus. The seven-floor building offers furnished rooms ranging from 19 to 30 sqm, each with an individual bathroom. Fully equipped kitchens with large terraces on each floor, a study room, sports room and relaxation room create the shared infrastructure students need for everyday academic life.

Delta Campus was delivered in June 2021, only a few years after Promiris acquired the land on the Chirec hospital site. BREEAM standards were used as a reference during development, alongside particular attention to soft mobility, including extensive bicycle shelters and public transport access at the foot of the building. It remains one of the clearest examples of our Belgian student-housing approach: practical, well located and built for daily use.
