Conde de Lima

Conde de Lima is located in central Lisbon, close to Parque Eduardo VII, Avenida da Liberdade and Marquês de Pombal. This is one of the city's most established residential areas: well connected, urban, and shaped by the daily life of offices, parks, schools, cafés and neighbourhood services. The project responds to that context with a calm residential offer in the centre of Lisbon, built around comfort rather than spectacle.

Developed with Thomas & Piron, Conde de Lima brings together two residential buildings on Rua Bernardo Lima and Rua Ferreira Lapa, organised around a central garden to form a 41-apartment high-end condominium. Noble finishes, contemporary technology, a gym, sauna and indoor pool create a private residential environment within a dense city setting.

Delivered at the end of 2023, Conde de Lima was developed with BREEAM standards as a target. As with our ground-up developments, quality control began at the earliest design stages, with sustainability, technical performance, wellbeing and long-term durability considered from the outset.
