Cambre Student Living

The area around the Bois de la Cambre is Brussels at its most quietly desirable — wide leafy streets, generous architecture, and a proximity to both the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel that has made this corner of the city a natural hub for students who want to be close to their campus without sacrificing the quality of their living environment. The Bois de la Cambre itself — Brussels' great urban park — is at the end of the avenue, and the neighbourhood offers everything from independent restaurants to cycling routes through the Forêt de Soignes beyond.

Cambre Student Living is a 36-studio purpose-built student residence on Boulevard de la Cambre. Each studio is fully equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette, with a functional room design and material quality suited to long academic-year stays. The project benefits from its position between the Solbosch ULB/VUB campuses and the La Bascule - Louise district, giving students both campus proximity and a genuinely desirable Brussels neighbourhood.

Delivered in September 2024, Cambre Student Living was developed with BREEAM standards in mind. Our Belgian team has several years of experience developing student housing in Brussels and understands the specific requirements of the ULB and VUB student populations: compact, durable rooms, strong transport logic, and living environments that feel considered rather than temporary.
