Bivart

Bivart sits on Avenida Luís Bivar, a tree-lined boulevard in Lisbon’s Avenidas Novas district, between Saldanha and Parque Eduardo VII. The neighbourhood combines residential scale with everyday convenience: schools, universities, shops, parks, public transport, and fast access to the airport. It is central Lisbon with depth and daily life, not just a prestigious address.

Bivart is an urban regeneration project: the transformation of a former hospital, known in Lisbon for its maternity ward, into 31 high-end residential apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. Promiris acquired the project in February 2017 in partnership with the Belgian group Cetim. The conversion preserves the character of the existing building while introducing spacious apartments, large terraces, and contemporary residential comfort. The penthouse apartments offer panoramic views over Lisbon and the Tagus River.

Delivered in April 2021, Bivart was developed with BREEAM standards as a design and construction focus, with energy performance, comfort, and material quality considered throughout the process. The apartments include floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end materials, fully equipped kitchens, underfloor heating, air conditioning, en-suite bedrooms, and security from the entrance gate through to the private units.
