Campus B'11

B'11 Campus is located on the former Electrolux headquarters site, just steps from Madou metro station and close to Brussels' main universities and colleges. This is a genuinely central location: connected to academic life, public transport, cultural infrastructure and the everyday energy of the city centre. For students, that means a residence that is practical for study while still placing them inside the life of Brussels.

The residence will comprise 50 studios and 100 rooms across 5,000 sqm above ground. It is designed to offer a living environment that is practical and pleasant, with high-quality finishes and spacious, functional common areas. The mix of studios and rooms gives the project the scale for a real student community while keeping the programme clear, efficient and easy to operate.

BREEAM standards inform the sustainability approach for B'11 Campus, which includes solar panels, a heat pump, intensive green roofs, open ground areas in the patio and high energy performance. With construction planned to begin in 2027, the project benefits from Promiris’ accumulated experience delivering student housing across Brussels.
