Alicante Student Residence

Alicante is one of Spain's most liveable university cities — a Mediterranean coast, a functioning city centre, and a university campus that draws students from across Spain and Europe. The student residence sits on the outskirts of the city, close to the campus and with fast public transport access to the seafront and city centre. Students who live here are close enough to the university to focus on their work and close enough to the city to actually enjoy student life.

The residence offers 214 fully equipped studios, designed to meet the expectations of modern students — whether they're focused on academic work or on making the most of their time in Alicante. Shared amenities include a modern gym, a swimming pool, and welcoming common rooms suited to group work, socialising, or simply having a space outside the studio. Each unit is independently designed with state-of-the-art finishes, proper study space, and everything a student needs to live well.

The Alicante Student Residence is one of several Spanish student housing projects in our active pipeline. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with delivery expected in 2027. With BREEAM standards informing the development process, the project reinforces Promiris’ growing track record in PBSA delivery, extending our presence into one of Spain’s most dynamic student markets — a sector where independent research, including Savills’ European Student Housing reports, continues to point to strong demand and investment interest across Europe.
